We offer a unified design-build approach where we coordinate the architectural planning, engineering, and construction under one roof. However, if you are already working with an architect and want builder input early, we transition into a construction management role, advising on cost, constructability, and schedule early in the design phase. Our entire approach is anchored in robust planning, clarity, and collaboration, ensuring every detail is resolved before ground is broken.
We structure our contracts based on the completeness of your design, myour specific risk and financial preferences, and desired level of involvement with project specifics. We offer traditional Lump Sum (fixed-price) contracts for fully finalized plans, Cost Plus agreements for projects requiring maximum flexibility, and when we're involved early in the design phase, Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) model with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
We utilize advanced 3D parametric modeling software to create a highly detailed digital twin of your future home. This allows us to map out the entire structure—including complex MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) infrastructure and intricate millwork tolerances—resolving spatial conflicts digitally before they ever reach the job site.
Our operations are built entirely around transparency and collaboration. We manage your project through our cloud project management platform. You are provided with a secure client portal that grants 24/7 access to real-time financial tracking, daily site logs, the active construction schedule, and all architectural documentation.
To minimize the time your bathroom is offline, we enforce strict procurement protocols. We do not begin demolition until all critical materials—particularly specialized shower valves, custom tile, and lighting—are either safely on-site or delivered to our warehouse. This operational discipline prevents the project from stalling due to vendor backorders.
While bathroom renovations are inherently disruptive, we implement strict schedule controls if you choose to remain in the home. We isolate the construction zone using heavy-duty dust-containment barriers, negative air pressure scrubbers, and extensive floor protection. Through your secure client portal, you will also have full visibility into the daily schedule, so you always know when noisy or critical work is taking place.
