Meet the Team
Chris Forment
Chris grew up on job sites, learning the trade alongside his father before going on to study engineering and eventually manage $40M+ multifamily development projects from the ground up. That arc — from hands-on craftsman to big-project manager — is exactly what he brings to Meta Fine Homes.
His focus is on pairing the creativity of South Florida's best designers with the discipline and rigor that large-scale construction demands. He's fluent across every phase of a project: feasibility and site assessment, design management, procurement, contract administration, and full construction management.
What sets Chris apart is that he never lost the craftsman instinct. He still thinks like the carpenter he's always been — attentive to detail, respectful of materials, and deeply invested in how things are actually built.
He's also committed to modernizing the client experience, bringing the best in project management software, 3D visualization, building science, and fabrication methods to every project — not for their own sake, but because better tools lead to better homes and better experiences for the people who live in them.
For Chris, a successful project means the process is just as refined as the finished product.
